Compile your kernel and install the card as module or into kernel tree, as you prefer :) if you don't want to compile the kernel, try to use modconf, you'll probably have already the working module installed, if you don't know what is modconf, do "apt-get install modconf" and start this ncurses-based utility that loads modules trought modprobe.
