Either open up port 67 (UDP, I think, but I'm not sure) or ensure that
all packets for an ESTABLISHED connection are allowed in.
("ESTABLISHED" is the iptables' name for it, I don't recall for
ipchains, and I don't know how to work with the ipmasq framework)
