This makes sense because the jigdo-file package contains the jigdo-file utility (as well as the jigdo-lite utility). jigdo-file is used to create the .jigdo file. jigdo-lite is used to download the files. I guess it's called jigdo-lite because a full-fledged jigdo is in development. Personally, I'd prefer the naming scheme "jigdo" and "jigdo-gtk" in favor of "jigdo-lite" and "jigdo", respectively, but that's just me. Also, since the package contains jigdo-file as well as jigdo-lite, maybe the name "jigdo" for the package containing them both would make more sense. Were they to be split, I could see separate packages named "jigdo-file" and "jigdo-lite", but a single package that holds them all probably ought to be called "jigdo". Maybe the maintainer is reserving that name for when the full-fledged jigdo becomes available. The information I got here comes from: http://home.in.tum.de/~atterer/jigdo/ or: http://www.google.com/search?q=jigdo&btnI=I good times, Vineet -- http://www.doorstop.net/ -- --Nick Moffitt A: No. Q: Should I include quotations after my reply?
