Okay, I have a laptop with an embedded nic, and A wireless Netgear MA401 PCMCIA card. Both work fine except for one problem.
If the wireless nic is in on boot, once it boots I have to ifconfig eth0 down in order for the wlan0(wireless) to work. Is there a way for the system to just recognize that the embedded in not being used, and that the pcmcia nic should be up? Wayne
