How does one go about doing so? When I do 'apt-get update' and then 'apt-get dist-upgrade' or 'apt-get dselect-upgrade' or 'apt-get upgrade' it says there are no packages to update/upgrade.
My sources list looks like this:

You have to change stable to testing in your sources list, run apt-get update apt-get dist-upgrade
