I am running the Debian Testing distribution.
When I updated my system a few days ago, and got my libc6 updated to version 2.3.1-14, I noticed that php4 and all dependent packages were removed from my system, while looking into this I found out that the new libc6 package was marked as confilicting with any version of php4 beneath 4:4.2.3-5.
However, I couldn't find a php4 package of such version or newer in the Testing archives.
Did anyone else encounter this problem? Is there a workaround for this?
I can not keep going like this for much longer, php is important for my work.
(For the time being I'm shamefully running php+apache on a WindowsXP laptop :( )
