Before getting to the steps below how would one go about getting around the issue of my Microsoft Natural Pro Keyboard and Wireless Intellimouse Explorer not working in the install screens of 2.2_rev5. I can press enter at the boot: prompt when the CD boots up, but the first screen locks up. I think it is just a CONTINUE prompt. I'm assuming this is because they are USB devices.
