Newer kernels (can say 2.4.17 definitively) do have experimental support for NTFS writing capabilities. However, in the config it's labelled as DANGEROUS, so it should probably be given a wide berth, for the time being.

I haven't tried it myself... that label was enough to scare me off.  :)
