"i only use 2.2 kernels..rt8139 works good :)" I know :( With 2.2.20 kernel everything works fine, but no go with 2.4.17. I don't remember with which 2.4 kernel, but I got them to work, needed to reinstall system. Wish iptables would work 2.2.x kernels....
