frustrating. Click on "Download a minimal bootable CD image" and what do
you get? A page telling you about how much better it is to use a minimal
bootable image -- and no link to one!

Ah, I understand. The text on page makes it sound like those links are to
developmental releases for people who need internal ISDN card support.
But I guess at the moment there are only developmental releases period.
I guess I was dumb / the page is unclear.
