Search for 'task' debs. It's a deb which consists of nothing but dependencies to snag other debs for you. Debs aren't typically rolled up in large packages, they're specified via dependencies. > Which debs do I need for KDE on my Potato 2.2r4? I'm not sure Potato has the debs in the main distro, I believe their in third-party sites. In general, if you want some program foo, and don't know what package it's in: $ apt-cache search foo For kde, you'll want kdebase, and likely kdegames, kdegraphics, kdeutils, kdebase-crypto, kdebase-doc. Install other packages as needed. That's the Debian way. Peace. -- Karsten M. Self <kmself@ix.netcom.com> http://kmself.home.netcom.com/ What part of "Gestalt" don't you understand?
