Hi, sorry I'm a bit late - I don't read this list very often.

You didn't say what exactly you want doing, but you might want to look at
Webmin.  It has fine grained permission controls for many common tasks.  You
may be able to use it to supplement the use of sudo for those commands which
need a command line.
