As I'd mentioned at the top of my question, I already
have XFree86 4.2.1 BUT from a different source...
don't know where... probably picked up from testing

Do I need the specific one from
people.debian.org/~blade/... I guess there's no other
way to force reinstallation from this source other
than to comment everything else out of my
/etc/apt/sources.list

Oh, and apt-get install --reinstall xfree86 don't work
cos there ain't such a program, is in xfree86-common I
want to aim for, or xlibs, or what?
