Well, there *is no* "debian-user-english" so I think this probably *is* the English list, even though it doesn't explicitly say so in the list's description. That aside, I really have no problem with other languages being spoken except that they'd be more likely to get their question answered if they posted in English/to a list specific to their language :-)
