Crap. This is Unix not Winblows. Copying the entire OS is easy and almost trivial, as outlined in my previous post and the mentioned HOWTO. You need to take special care for things like /dev, /proc, and /etc/fstab, and also you need a kernel that supports both harddisks, but everything can be taken care of, easily. As I've said, I've done it before and it's pretty save.
