Problem with load order on Gnome login

[hanasaki]

1. Gnome is setting the backround AFTER	my ETerms are started.  Thus they 
cannot get the root backround.

2. All saved windows are coming up in my first virt screen and not in 
the screens they were in when the log out occured.
