Miller <egm2@jps.net> I don't think you understand just how much I love you right now :) after you made me think of ldd, i went looking and i found some older libraries in /usr/local/lib instead of /usr/lib. I removed those libraries, and i think things are working now :) so far so good :) and it was with gdk-imlib1 :) thank you so much for putting that idea in my head :)
