I have a Creative Soundblaster PCI 512 which apparantly uses the soundcore and emu10k1 drivers. It *should* be working but it's not. I still get a "soundcard not properly configured" when I try to use xmms (for example). I did load these drivers and during startup I can see that it's using these drivers for my sound card:
