Hello: You indicate that you are using a Pentium IV CPU. This is a 32 bit processor, so the 64 bit FORTRAM shared libraries mentioned in your post (below) will never work. You must install the 32 bit version. While I have but a Pentium II, I've had no trouble with the compiler.
