M18 is very old.  I believe it's the version that was used to make
Netscape 6.0.  After M18 they switched numbering schemes, so the next
release was 0.6.0.  0.9.5 is the latest.

That is how I would do it.  You could try grabbing the latest mozilla
.deb from the Debian unstable archive, but the dependencies are likely
to make it difficult to install on potato.
