Hiya, Debian 2.2r3 doesn't support the newer graphics cards at the moment (I assume you're trying to setup X). What you'll need to do is install the basic SVGA 16 colour X then if you're up for it make your system testing/unstable to get XFree86 4.1 which supports the NVidia chipset (I use a GeForce 2 GTS at home)
