No idea, sorry. What happens if you open, then close, a window? I usually navigate workspaces by using <alt>-<number>, e.g.: <alt>-1 # workspace 1 <alt>-2 # workspace 2 <alt>-3 # workspace 3 ...etc. > What is the default window manager for gnome?
