been a long time since I used DOS..but wasn't qbasic a DOS based
program? If so dosemu should do the trick, you'll still need the qbasic
program to execute the code, but it should run on top of dosemu.

I haven't used dosemu probably since 1998, I think it comes with
freedos these days..
