Install gnome-session.  then change your .xsession to 
exec gnome-session

That should allow you to start session management and the next time you
logout with your windows they way you want them they should reappear
automagically.  Enlightenment should also be picked up as the window
manager to run so you will not need to run that in your .xsession.
