For one, reiserfs is damn fast on small files, and has a VERY FAST delete
rate. there are some problems on reiserfs 3.x with NFS, and since it deletes
very fast (it uses fast-balanced trees algorithm instead of inodes) - it's
almost impossible to undelete files (say you delete a very important file in
your reiserfs partition). Another advantage - the potential maximum size of
your filesystem is the maximum size of your disk drive (of course we're
constrained by the current limitations of 32-bit hard disks, but theoretically
its possible)

If you're in to journalling file systems and would be quite involved in huge
databases or making streams of CG and video, i would suggest reiserfs or XFS as
the filesystems for you.
