I would suggest *not* doing that.  There's a trick to specifying various
Debian dists for specific packages, but IMO it's a really bad kludge.

Better to get the Galeon binary straight from the project page.

If you're moderately adventerous, unstable really isn't a bad pick for a
desktop system.  Yes, it breaks from time to time, but usually gets
fixed in short order.

Oh.  And Galeon rocks ;-)
