Thanks in advance. > > Jim AFAIK, 2.4.9 supports XFree 4.1; the newer version is apparently a lot different, hence the drm change in the kernel. 2.4.8/7 had a spot for the 4.0.x versions, with an option to use the 4.1 support instead.
