That means you are denying all incoming access to the system (to services that check hosts.allow and hosts.deny). | and I'm running mutt on that box right now through SSH. Outgoing connections are a different matter than incoming connection. The hosts.allow and hosts.deny have no effect on outgoing connections. -D
