Hi, I was checking out zgv and didn't work because of the following error.
display-fbdev: Couldn't open framebuffer device /dev/fb/0 : No such file or directory. display-fbdev: Couldn't open framebuffer device /dev/fb0 : No such file or directory. ls -l /dev/fb0 crw--w--w- 1 root tty 29, 0 Jul 5 2000 /dev/fb0 But that device file exists. I don't have framebuffer support in the kernel though. Is it neccessary to recompile the kernel with the framebuffer support? I thought zgv was supposed to work with svga support. regards harsha -- Chaos is found in the greatest abundance wherever order is being sought. It always defeats order for it is better organized.
