I'm sure of that, because I've learned spaces an capitals are very important
in Linux. I looked in the command history and the command was typed correct,
So that isn't the problem

Willem - it looks like you are missing the cd at the beginning of this,
so bash is trying to find the rules command and not surprisingly is
failing. Are you quite sure the cd is there and that there is a space
btwee it and /usr ?  

Sorry if that is too simple an answer but its the sort of thing I
overlook from time to time ;-)
