I don't think Debian releases testing or unstable ISO's your best
bet is probably getting a potatoe ISO and apt-get dist-upgrade'ing to
woody.
or last time I looked Linux System Labs Australia
(http://www.lsl.com.au) sold a unstable snap shot ISO, you'd have to
ask them to find out how up to date it is.
