Assuming you have testing or unstable (wherever it is) in your /etc/apt/sources.list, a simple "apt-get install libc6 libc6-dev" should do the trick. I didn't have any problems doing that. Of course you might get into dependency problems and have other packages that need to be upgraded to support the new libc. There are a few packages it replaces or conflicts with...mostly old libraries and compilers. Best of luck to you.
