Use the autorized_keys file on the server side. Place an entry in there like to following: command="some_command" X Y Z XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX where the X Y Z XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is the public key file for that user.
