Hello all, The last days i find this message in my /var/log/messages file and i don't know what this means. As far as i know on this computer is only a ide-cdrom attached to. All disks work with scsi. A modprobe -l | grep ide gives the following output: /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/scsi/ide-scsi.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/block/ide-tape.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/block/ide-floppy.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/video/mdacon.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/video/matroxfb.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/pcmcia/ide_cs.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/misc/videodev.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/misc/paride.o /lib/modules/2.2.12-20/misc/joy-sidewinder.o
In my conf.modules is nothing about ide: alias scsi_hostadapter aic7xxx alias eth0 tlan alias eth1 3c59x alias eth2 eepro100 Does anyone have some idea why i'm getting this messages?
