This is a bug that just appeared in the latest version of libguile9, whereby libqthreads (Which GnuCash needs) was accidentally not included. I've submitted a bug and it has been acknowledged. A corrected version of libguile should be forthcoming, hopefully within a day. In the meantime, you'll have to sit tight.
