Thanks for replying Bob, This gets me a little further -- there is a bbox device in gs-aladdin ... unfortunately it segfaults on every postscript file I feed it =(. I guess I better send the package maintainer an e-mail -- unless it is caused by a malconfiguration on my part. Does anybody else observe this behavior? Thanks, Chris Want
