I recently installed Debian and now have to install some software not available as a .deb package.
(Specifically, PalmOS SDK 3.5 and PRC tools 2.0) Is there anything I need to know (other than to install it in /usr/local ) when I install/build non-packaged software onto Debian? Thanks Norbert
