Two things: 1) Make sure you have kdelibs3-crypto and kdebase-crypto installed. You need those for ssl support in Konqueror. Make sure you have the crypto stuff enabled in Konqueror's configuration. 2) Some websites, unfortunately, just check to see if you're using Netscape or IE, instead of checking for ssl like they should. Fortunately, you can have Konqueror lie to them. Under the "User Agent" section of Konqueror's config, use one of the MSIE identities for the sites that give you trouble. -- Thomas J.
