Have you tried removing all unnecessary PCI cards and booting from there? It is definately a conflict somewhere along your PCI bus or the kernel is having problems recognizing something. I would try to boot from a stripped down system and isolate what it could be that way and I would play with my BIOS settings a bit. Who knows...it might just be something as simple as changing your PCI configuration a bit. Wish I could help more, but that should give you something to toy with for a while... ;) -z-
