Do I need to recompile exim with "AUTH_CRAM_MD5=yes"???
Can anybody give me an example of comfiguration for accept relays to anywhere form anywhere if the user has a correct pasword??

I will like to use the "host_auth_accept_relay" option from exim, but it
doesn work. I am usin exim 3.12-10 from debian 2.2.
