The -26 release of libpam-modules seems to have a broken refference to the file /lib/security/pam_condev.so, you can get the old package at ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/pam/libpam-modules/libpam-modules_0.72-25_i386.deb or use your cached copy if you still have it.
