I have no idea how to set it, but it works here. Well, I don't know if it is 5 minutes or more, but the monitors (both my "new" 17" NEC (a new box) and the old (brandless) junker of a monitor on an old 486 I have) shut off after some inactivity. Do yours shut off after longer inactivity? -D
