Anyone has P3V4X + Promise ATA100 card?

Hi everyone,

        I have P3V4X + Promise ATA100 card and wish to get a ATA100 harddisk.
Right now I have Maxtor ATA66 on the Promise card but often have the "hde:
timeout waiting for DMA" error.  I am not sure if this is the problem of the
harddisk or kernel (I try 2.4 and 2.2) or VIA IDE controller or Promise
card.  Can anyone pls tell me if they have P3V4X + Promise ATA100 working
fine and what harddisk they are using. thanx
