I don't believe there is one; you need to use the IDE-SCSI emulation
layer, and then use cdrecord with the pretend SCSI CDR devices.  You
might read through the CD-Writing HOWTO (possibly in
/usr/share/doc/HOWTO on your system), which explains how to set
everything up.
