Hi, Sorry for what may be an untimely query, but what is a "log server"? I am wondering if it is some clever way of managing logs for several machines efficiently from a single computer. Any pointers in this regard are appreciated. I am starting a new thread because what I am asking may not be strictly relevant to the original posting. Best, Raghavendra. -- N.
