Looking at non-us, I think you want to lose the "debian-non-US/" there.
That's correct for FTP, but not for HTTP. (Don't you love virtual
hosting?)

kdebase-crypto is in testing, for those who were speculating earlier,
but only if you're running powerpc or sparc. The i386 version doesn't
seem to have filtered down yet, so try pulling it from unstable.
