Have a look at www.procmail.org and in particular (the ones that made it click for me) http://www.ii.com/internet/robots/procmail/qs/ and http://www.ling.helsinki.fi/users/reriksso/procmail/jimd.html Follow the (easy) instructions to setup procmail in the former, and you will be able to filter lists to separate mail files..and plenty of other interesting stuff should you care to.
