Let's say it was [EMAIL PROTECTED] Did you try sending a message with the subject "unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED]" to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You should be able to send that from anywhere, and should get an acknowledgement sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] when you do so.
