Hi Nick, You can try dpkg-reconfigure dpkg-reconfigure debconf ....then set priority on 'low'. then dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 ....as an example. You'd need to put whatever your xserver is in place of xserver-xfree86. I think that might do it, but not positive. Let me know if you try it!
