Yeah, that confused me too -- unstable packages seem to live in (on ftp.debian.org) /debian/pool/main/PREFIX, PREFIX for debconf is "d", for libterm-slang it is "libt" and I've no idea where libterm-stool is... (checking... it's in the most obvious place: "t/term-stool".) Go to http://www.debian.org and follow the Debian Packages link, it's easier.
